Terms of Service

To access full customization libraries, track order pipelines, and generate custom storybook contents, users must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete email and details during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including third-party sign-ins (like Google Auth).

When personalization tools prompt you to upload reference photos of a child to generate storybook character likenesses:

• You warrant that you own the uploaded images or have obtained full permission and legal consent from the child's parent or legal guardian.
• You grant Rawy and its print partner (Albumii) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, crop, and transform the images solely to generate illustrations and print the physical storybook.
• We strictly prohibit uploading images containing explicit, inappropriate, copyrighted (without permission), or offensive content. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these criteria.

Our storytelling and drawing algorithms produce unique book drafts based on the parameters you enter. You will have an opportunity to review the softcopy layout preview. Once you click "Approve for Printing," your order is permanently locked and sent to the production printer. We are not liable for spelling mistakes, name errors, or crop adjustments that were present during your review and approval step.

All prices are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) or converted currencies. Transactions are final upon payment confirmation.

• Custom Products: Because every Rawy book is highly personalized and manufactured individually for your child, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once sent to printing.
• Defects: If your physical hardcover arrives with verified print damage or binding defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
• Shipping & Delivery: We ship across Kuwait, the GCC, and internationally. Delivery times depend on regional hubs and shipping classes chosen during checkout.

In no event shall Rawy, Albumii, or their suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our custom generation services, even if notified of such possibilities.
